I have really enjoyed working with Annette at Titan Homes. It was just 'different.'
One place even had a lady who drove me around on a golf cart, played on her phone, and would give me the key to open up the houses and sat in the golf cart in the shade. Once she found out I had money, she changed how she treated me.

Titan was great to me and my family and they were extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. Breckin spent 6 months with us searching tons of homes and land options and everytime my husband and I just got tired of looking and just wanted to settle for anything Breckin always reminded us that if we aren't in our perfect home and if we don't love everything about it then why buy it ?? Let me find you your perfect home he said over and over, and before we knew it, we received a phone call and Breckin said "family" I finally found it! And we loved it!!! He worked extremely hard for us and made sure we made the best choice possible. My family and I will never buy nor recommend friends or family to any other manufactured home company or Broker.
The Elmendorf Titan was the 5th builder for me to visit. Every where else I went, they tried to show me the most expensive homes and suggested I put my home in a PARK. I don't want a park, I want my own land even if it is a small piece of land!
The staff was amazing and showed us exactly what we are looking for. When it is time to buy and out of all the stops we made Titan will be our choice solely on the customer service. Brecken was a great guy and really knew what he was selling!
I would give this place 10 stars if possible! Breckin was very accommodating to my wants and needs without being that pushy salesman! Very happy that I stumbled into their Office.
